Witness the greatest wildlife spectacle on Earth. Every year, more than a million wildebeest, joined by hundreds of thousands of zebra and gazelle, travel around the Serengeti–Mara ecosystem in an endless cycle of birth, survival and dramatic river crossings. Our migration safaris place you where the herds are, season by season.

From the calving season on the southern Serengeti plains (roughly December to March), through the western corridor and the Grumeti River crossings (around May to July), to the famous Mara River crossings in the north (usually July to October), we follow the movement of the herds with up-to-date information from guides in the field.

Every migration safari includes expert guides, well-located camps and lodges, and the option of a sunrise balloon flight over the plains. Whether you have four days or two weeks, we design your itinerary around where the migration will be when you travel.
